Victor was an EDI strategic advisor for two Chiefs of Police, leadership and board members. Starting his journey in 2010, he brings a decade plus of experience to the conversation. A keynote speaker, serial entrepreneur and community leader.
Keith was the inaugural Diversity Officer for Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS). Starting his journey in 2006, he brings over 15 years experience leading EDI transformation for the 5th largest mega-region in North America.
Chris was the executive sponsor on several high impact EDI initiatives before retiring as a Deputy Chief of Police. His decades of experience broke barriers for the EDI office responsible for shifting internal and external culture.
